By downloading and using Selah ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Selah is a macOS application that provides mindful meeting transitions through:

• Calendar integration for meeting awareness
• Breathing exercises and mindfulness prompts
• Meeting preparation tools
• Local notifications

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Selah on your Mac devices. This license is for personal or internal business use only.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Selah in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Not use Selah for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Maintain the security of your device and calendar data

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of Selah is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data remains local to your device.

6. Intellectual Property

Selah and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Tobias Treppmann and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Selah integrates with:

• macOS Calendar (EventKit) - governed by Apple's terms
• Meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) - you're responsible for your accounts

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Selah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet all your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use Selah.

10. Medical Disclaimer

Selah provides mindfulness and breathing exercises for general wellness. It is not medical advice. If you have health concerns, consult a healthcare provider.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update Selah and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Selah at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
